SURPRISE DRINKS is a Dutch holding company with subsidiaries in the Czech republic - as SURPRISE DRINKS AS (production and distribution within the countries of Eastern Europe), Germany - SURPRISE DRINKS Germany GmbH (organization of co-packing and distribution in Germany and Western Europe) and Cyprus - SD - IP Ltd. (business-based licensing the concept Drink & Play(R)).
The company was founded by the creator of Drink & Play (R) system and BST Beverages Company BV as an investor (www.bst-company.com) in order to create a strong player in the manufacturing and distribution of kid's drinks, especially on the platform concept of Drink & Play (R) and but also others. In this context, we have developed a portfolio of concepts for kid’s drinks market, which added up the price and terms of the utility cover the entire market preference.

Our strategic licensing partner is the largest film company Walt Disney, whose portfolio of film licenses is extremely rich and comprehensively covers the entire generation of children from toddlers to teenagers. The result of the combination of our kid’s drinks concepts and licenses of Walt Disney Company, which represents extremely strong brands for our target group, is a product with a very high value for children.

Between 2008 and 2009 we built positions in Central and Eastern Europe. The result is a very good representation of our products on markets in Poland, the Baltics, the Czech Republic, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, etc. In addition, we began distributing our products in Portugal (the largest retailer SONAE), Spain and Italy.
In 2010, we start with building the network in Western Europe, especially Germany and the Netherlands. These markets should already be supplied in cooperation with our production/distribution partner - the company Refresco GmbH (www.refresco.com).

Production is ensured through own factory, which is located in the Czech republic, near the border with Poland and Slovakia. The factory keeps certifications ISO 22000, which guarantees the high quality of the production process and final products.
In 2010 we will launch an external production through cooperation with Refresco (www.refresco.com), which is the largest manufacturer of soft drinks in Europe. This step will involve a significant strengthening of productive capacity. The new production line will be one of the first aseptic (cold asepticity) lines in Europe, enabling the production of beverages (nectars, juices) with no artificial preservatives and other substances into PET bottles with sports caps.

Chief Executive Officer (CEO) - is the inventor and developer of the Surprise ® drink concept and patent. Experienced with general managing a frontal fruit drink producer in central Europe with many product awards (like „Product of the year“ in Czech republic and Poland). Founder of a chinese juice producer Euro Juice Company based in Zhangjiagang city (100km south to Shanghai).
Chief Operating Officer (COO) - has 15 years experience in the international beverage industry, working with NESTLE, Coca-Cola and Campina in Director roles. He has made a career out off accelerating businesses through new concept development, product innovation and implementing new business models. His pragmatic “Dutch” commercial business approach helps us run our brand and technology operations profitably.
Supervisor of Licensing - has over 23 years of experience, 18 of them internationally, in starting and developing new subsidiaries in Russia and Central Europe for companies such as Coca-Cola and Allied Domecq (as managing director). Her being an American with a 'make it happen' attitude and broad commercial acumen complements our management team, expands our network and adds to our multiculturalism. Evie is also responsible for company staffing and communication.
